The Clarity Plan

This isn't a generated report. It's a call and guided working session with me going through your actual business.

Before we talk, you'll walk through a short reflection on four areas: how you show up, what you're saying, how people find you, and what's running behind the scenes. On the call, we go through each one together. I'm looking at your actual brand, your actual website, your actual numbers, and telling you what I actually see.

    • A clear read on where you're strong and where you're leaking effort, across all four areas, based on a real person looking closely at your business

    • A written 90-day plan built around what you specifically need, not a generic template

    • Your top 2 to 3 marketing priorities, so you know exactly where to spend your time

    • Which channels to focus on, and just as important, which ones to stop worrying about

    • What to measure, so you can tell if it's actually working

    • A clear next step if design work comes out of what we find

  • One working session (60 to 90 minutes), a detailed written plan delivered within 10 business days, and an optional review call to make sure you feel great about your next move forward.

    • Ongoing coaching or check-ins. This is a single, focused engagement, not an ongoing consulting relationship.

    • Execution. I'll tell you what to do and where. Doing it, or having me do it, is a separate conversation.

    • Unlimited follow-up. You'll have a short window to ask clarifying questions after you receive your plan, not an open line for ongoing advice.

    • You complete a short pre-work checklist and submit your assets before we book your day

    • We start with a 30-minute kickoff call so I understand exactly what you're going for

    • I spend up to 6 hours working on your site while you're available for quick questions

    • You have 24 hours to review and send feedback, and I implement changes within 48 hours, up to 3 additional hours of work

    • A brand strategy overhaul (that's the Clarity Plan or Custom Website + Brand)

    • Unlimited revision rounds after the capped round closes

    • New copywriting from scratch (light edits only, unless we scope that separately)

    • Custom layouts built from scratch, this works within your site's existing structure

  • Your site needs to be fully live on Squarespace 7.1, and all your assets (photos, logo, branding) ready to go before your design day.
